Yes. We use AI responsibly to help with task efficiencies. This includes the use of our own internally developed AI agents to support and speed up various tasks in our workflow. This helps us to work quicker and keep our costs low. We can also use AI for creative assets such as imagery, illustration and voiceover where required, but this will always be presented as a choice. Any use of AI is always backed up with human quality checks.
We pride ourselves on our quality and all outputs go through extensive checks. This includes an initial quality assurance check (QA) by the individual responsible for undertaking the work, against a pre-set QA checklist. Where appropriate, testing will be conducted on major browsers and devices. The output will then be subject to a quality control check (QC) where at least one qualified member of staff will quality-check the work, again using the QA checklist and project brief to ensure it meets their high standards. For a number of stages, depending on the output, multiple people may conduct a quality control check with a focus on their specialist area (i.e. content, creative, technical). We take a range of other quality steps throughout the project such as full scoping, audits on source content, robust and established processes, various templates, risk logs and of course an effective review and amend process to ensure you are happy with everything too! Contact us for more detailed information on our quality processes.

Yes, depending on the topic. We have some subject expertise in-house and can also use AI tools to help generate content. Where the subject matter is much more nuanced or technical, we advise that content is written by an expert in the field. We can however help to support them in structuring the content and making it effective for digital delivery. When it comes to instructional design, we can work with any content, and we will work closely with the course author/subject matter expert to ensure integrity and accuracy is retained throughout the process.

Timelines depend on scope and your capacity for reviews, but as a guide, a single 30 minute module typically takes around 8-12 weeks from inception to final delivery. Cost depends on scope. We price on a day-rate basis, offer volume discounts for multi-module projects, and provide a discount for registered non-profits. Take a look at our pricing page for illustrative costs, or get in touch for a tailored quote.
