OVERVIEW
Danone required an e-learning course to support the launch of its new Research Hub platform to healthcare organisations. Following an initial scoping exercise, the pre-approved budget exceeded requirements, so we were able to extend the scope to include a promotional video. Nutricia requested both assets to be delivered within a tight pre-launch timeframe.
ACTION
We reviewed the provided training materials and worked directly within a sandbox version of the platform to validate processes and refine user journeys before storyboarding. The e-learning was designed as a simulation-based experience, replicating the platform through screenshots and screen recordings enhanced with interactive overlays. This ensured the training closely mirrored the live system, creating a familiar and accurate learning environment. Contextual guidance was incorporated to support clarity and usability. The promotional video combined brand-provided footage with stock assets, integrating animated e-learning screens and digital overlay effects to reinforce the platform’s innovation. The final deliverable included professional voiceover, music, and a separate captions file for accessibility.
IMPACT
Both the e-learning course and promotional video were delivered on schedule ahead of launch. Nutricia expressed strong satisfaction with the outputs and has now successfully rolled them out to its healthcare audience.
