OVERVIEW
ECIS delivered face-to-face learning for its member schools but sought to expand into digital provision. With no prior experience in online learning, the team initially required guidance on selecting a suitable LMS. This advisory support evolved into course development and ultimately a fully managed digital learning service.
ACTION
We began by consulting on platform requirements and sourcing an LMS aligned to ECIS’ needs. We then partnered with subject matter experts to design and build a portfolio of courses on topics including Child Protection, Global Perspectives, and Governance Foundations. Recognising the complexity of ECIS’ global audience, we developed multiple role-specific versions and translated key courses into Spanish, Chinese, and Arabic. To date, we have created over 40 modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise. Our support has expanded into full LMS administration, including enrolment management, course updates, and technical 1st line support helpdesk services. We also managed a subsequent platform migration, transferring all users, content, and assessments while maintaining continuity and performance.
IMPACT
Since 2016, the partnership has grown alongside ECIS’ digital ambitions, supporting more than 10,000 enrolments annually. With an average query resolution time of under 30 minutes, our responsive support and high-quality learning experiences have contributed significantly to strong renewal rates among member schools.
