Foundation

The foundation phase is focused on the collaborative design of content, creative concepts, and technical prototypes. It may also include a research stage where our team refines the learning intentions, develops user profiles, and identifies custom technical requirements.

Preparation

The preparation phase begins with instructional design, which maps out the content and establishes opportunities to make it more inclusive and impactful for learners. Our team then moves on to the interaction and information design stages to create an engaging and effective storyboard for the digital learning experience.

Implementation

The implementation phase starts with pre-production, where our talented creatives use their skills in different styles and techniques to design custom digital assets. They then begin working with the developers through the production and post-production stages to build and refine the final digital learning products.

Completion

The completion phase is focused on empowering you to take ownership of your digital learning. After the project is completed, we will provide you with a complete package containing all your files and necessary guidance documentation. We will also direct a review of lessons learned and share a handover plan to get you started.

Evaluation

The evaluation phase can be incorporated into any project to assist in refining products before a full launch. Our team is proficient in alpha and beta testing with selected users. They can collaborate with you to perform internal testing or help design a custom evaluation process.

Localisation

The localisation phase is often required in projects for non-profits. Our team has extensive experience translating content into numerous languages, including the official UN languages. We have refined processes to ensure our initial design and development prepare content for translation and localisation.

Solution

The solution phase offers custom packages for ongoing technical support and maintenance, as well as for designing and delivering training for your team or learners. Our team also provides various consultancy services, such as sourcing, migrating, configuring, and hosting Learning Management Systems.
