Mark Spokes

Mark Spokes is Product Lead and co-director, responsible for the instructional design standards behind every custom e-learning course we build, and for developing our own digital learning products. Mark brings over 15 years of academic leadership in higher education, having served as Academic Director at Syracuse University, overseeing teaching and learning across global campuses, and leading departments and teaching at Hult International Business School and Queen Mary University of London.

Mark has also worked as a consultant to several charities and social enterprises, including Save the Children, The Citizenship Foundation and CAFOD. He holds a PhD in History and a Diploma in Psychotherapy, and applies his training as a qualified expedition leader and practising psychotherapist to design immersive, inclusive and accessible digital learning experiences for the non-profit and humanitarian sectors.
