Phil Spokes
Founder & Director
Phil Spokes is the Founder and Director of Spokes Education. With over 16 years of experience in training and project management, Phil leads on instructional design, e-learning development and digital learning strategy, ensuring every project is delivered using industry best practice.
Before founding Spokes Education in 2013, Phil managed the creation of undergraduate and postgraduate online programmes at the Open University and delivered national curriculum projects for the Qualification and Curriculum Development Agency. He holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification and Level 5 ILM in Leadership and Management, and has written extensive process documentation covering everything from high-level learning design frameworks to detailed project reporting.
